Push Up Challenge 2024

Congratulations to all who participated in our Push-Up Challenge this week. Driven by our dedicated prefects, Evan Alderslade and Carter Robertson, we successfully completed 100,000 push-ups in 20 minutes, raising awareness and funds for Lifeline and The Push for Better Foundation.

The Push Up Challenge encourages participants to complete 3,249 push-ups over 24 days, symbolising the number of lives lost to suicide in 2022. Lifeline is available 24/7 to ensure no Australian faces their darkest moments alone. In these challenging times of financial strain, housing insecurity, and global instability, your support is more important than ever. Together, we've connected through exercise and shown our community strength. Let's continue to push up together for better mental health.
