Easter Raffle

We are having a BIG Easter Raffle again this year. We have a new coordinator for the raffle and are seeking some more donations. If you would like to donate an Easter Egg or even a Hamper, please drop it off at the school office.

Raffle Tickets will be sent home tomorrow to every family, so check your child's schoolbag.

Parents Association Meeting Report

2024 Community Association Roles:

I'm thrilled to announce that we've successfully filled the roles for the year. Jess Kruisheer has graciously accepted the position of Secretary, and various coordinators have stepped up for different activities. Thank you to all who have volunteered their time and expertise. Additionally, I'm excited to announce that moving forward, the role of Chairperson will rotate among our dedicated members.

Class Reps for 2024:

To enhance communication and involvement within each classroom, we've appointed Class Representatives, also known as Class Reps. These individuals will serve as liaisons between the Parents Association and the families within their respective classes. They will help disseminate important information, gather feedback, and encourage participation in PA events and initiatives. An email has been sent to all families to ensure efficient information sharing among Class Reps and with the broader parent community.

Outreach Initiatives:

Our focus on outreach remains strong as we work to establish a support network for families in need. Watch out for new communication channels such as Class Rep WhatsApp groups. If you could send in a meal or groceries that would be appreciated.

Easter Raffle - Keep an eye out for tickets coming your way soon, and please consider donating to make this fundraiser a success
Dolly’s Disco Bingo - This exciting event will be held in Term 4. Stay tuned for further details as dates are finalised
Father’s Day Breakfast/Footy Day - Details to be announced closer to the event.
Grade 6 Graduation - More information will be provided as we approach the graduation date
Special Food Days - On 28 March 2024, we'll host the first special food event featuring sushi among the offerings
Mother’s Day Stall and Breakfast - Save the date for 10 May 2024, as plans are underway with various gift ideas being explored
AGM - Our Annual General Meeting scheduled for 12 November 2024
