Year 7 Camp 2024

KidsLit

ASC had two teams compete in the local final of the KidsLit Quiz at Armidale City Public School. The competition tested students on their knowledge of books, stories and myths and featured 19 teams from Armidale, Walcha and Tamworth schools.

Representing ASC were Year 7 students Boki Lay, Tom Kitchener, Monty Wood, Samuel Clayton, Astrid Kelly, Zoey Walker, Rebecca Billingsley and Ayalla Kanety. The girls team finished equal fifth with 62 points, five behind the winners, while the boys were five points further back in ninth.

They all had a great time and came away with book prizes for winning rounds in the quiz.
