1985 Remembered

This weekend Mazenod students of graduating year 1985 will be gathering for a reunion 40 years on.  In viewing these photos of 1985 it’s clear that whilst the students change from year to year, the routines and activities remain constant.

Represented here are the 1985 student leadership team who contribute their time and skills to the running of the events in what is their busiest year of school. It’s essential leadership and is well appreciated. This collection remembers:

A comment from the team captains in the Mazenodian:

Both teams, especially the ‘B’ (multicultural society) team, wee renowned for their obedience towards the ‘strict’ coaching techniques used by coach Brent Phillips. Our thanks must go to Philly for his time and patience in leading two squads of comical volleyballers.

There is definitely a story behind that comment.
