Our incredible wellbeing leaders, Letitia and Audrey, organised activities to acknowledge World Mental Health Day on Friday.

“It is a day to remind ourselves that our mental health and wellbeing is very important and should be valued and respected.

World Mental Health Day is a day for checking in on ourselves and each other and actively thinking about ways to take care of and improve our mental health and wellbeing.

Let's remember to not just do this on one day, but all days!” Letitia and Audrey

The girls organised an activity where our students were asked to create their own affirmations.

“An affirmation is something you remind yourself of to encourage a positive mindset.

Affirmations are great for when you’re stressed, overwhelmed or sad - or can just be something to add to your routine every morning before your day begins or every night before you go to sleep.” Letitia and Audrey
