Finding Jesus at Endeavour

One of the most amazing things at Endeavour this year has been how easy it has been to find Jesus.

Jesus has been found not just in the Ministry Office, but also in The Well, amongst the PE Faculty, at Front Reception, and in our Marketing Office.

Jesus has been spotted driving toy trucks, present in the First Aid cabinet, at Student Services, and has even been sighted in the trophy cabinet.

More than that, Jesus also took a trip when one of our staff ventured overseas on a family holiday earlier this year.

The ‘Jesus’ I am talking about is not THE Jesus, but many little figurines of Jesus that a mystery staff member has been distributing in rooms all throughout the school, providing a source of fun, conversation, intrigue, and investigation amongst staff and students alike.

These Jesus figurines have been so popular that students across the school have been seeking to collect them, and various staff have managed to get their own little collections, keeping them on their desks as a source of joy and encouragement.

It’s amazing how much energy and conversation has been generated throughout the community, just from the presence of these Jesus figurines.

For our community, it’s been a reminder that the real Jesus is also always with us.

Even when we don’t notice him, he is there – encouraging us, helping us, and bringing us joy in our lives every day. He provides us his guidance and wisdom. We don’t have to work hard to find him, because he is always trying to find us, to help us, and to give us his love.

May you enjoy the pictures of Jesus in this Anchor, and always remember, that the real Jesus is always with you, looking to give you his love and his hope each and every day.

“I am with you always, to the end of the age” – Jesus, Matthew 28:20
