Learning Conversations Reminder
A reminder that Learning Conversations have been scheduled for Year 7-12 on Wednesday, 9 April, 4.00pm - 7.30pm and then an additional session for Year 7s on Thursday, 10 April, 1.30pm - 5.00pm. This is an excellent opportunity for families, students and the College to support each other to achieve the best outcomes for students.

Staff Car Park:
Pick-up and drop-off
The College has some concerns about parent drop-off and pick-up in non-designated areas, especially the Staff Car Park on the Northern side of the College.
We are aware that traffic flow in Mawson Lakes has some challenges, including the pick-up and drop-off peak times, particularly at the end of the school day. We have employed MFY, one of Australia’s leading traffic and parking consultants to undertake a car park audit. The traffic engineers are looking at ways to improve traffic flow by modifying the kiss and drop at the rear of the College.
In the meantime, can I ask that all students enter the building through any of the 3 student entrances and avoid using the main entrance through reception. We have had a number of near misses recently and, as student safety is imperative, I also remind parents that pick-up and drop-off cannot occur using the staff visitor car park at the front of the building. Please only use the rear of the building or the kiss and drop on University Boulevard.
We also encourage parents to seek alternatives. These could include:
- Picking your child up at a time other than 3:15
- The Discovery Centre is open until 4:00pm daily
- The Mawson Lakes Library is open until late
- Parking locally and walking over to the College
- Parking locally and having your child walk to you

Enrolment Update
A friendly reminder to our College community to enrol younger siblings into our new enrolments system Digistorm. It's essential you check to ensure this is complete and is critical for Year 7 2026 and 2027. We are unable to guarantee priority enrolment if they are not entered into our enrolment system. Currently, we are in the midst of confirming enrolments for Year 7 2027 and aim to commence Year 7 2028 in Semester 2 this year.

Retrofitting Blazers:
Now Accepting Year 8-11
We are pleased to inform parents and caregivers that we are initiating the process of retrofitting your child's Endeavour College blue blazer pre-2025* (i.e. without the yellow trim) to align with the new uniform requirements.
If this is you, please follow the steps below so your child can have the correct uniform in line with the College's Uniform Guidelines.
*NB: While the requirement to have the yellow trimmed blazer isn’t required until 2027, this opportunity to have your existing blazer retrofitted is only available this one time.
If you have already purchased a new blazer with the yellow trim this term, then please ignore this notice.
The following process applies:
- Clearly label your child's blazer with their name and Village by sewing the label inside the collar
- Drop the blazer at the Uniform Shop by no later than Friday 18 April
- Wait until we notify you that the blazer is ready to collect.
As a courtesy, we will have your child's blazer dry-cleaned and sent to our uniform supplier, Dobsons.
The only cost to you will be $50 to cover the yellow trim bound onto the blazer.
This will be charged to your account once the blazer has been returned.
It is worthy to note, your child will be exempt from our Uniform Guideline while the blazer is being retrofitted.
Dobson's have indicated that it will take approximately 4-5 weeks, so during this time, and until your child receives their blazer back, they will definitely not get in trouble for not wearing it for school events.
Thank you and if you have any questions, please contact admin@endeavour.sa.edu.au.

Lock it Up!
Keeping Student Belongings Safe
Just as we lock our homes and cars to keep personal items secure, students must begin to lock their school lockers every day.
Locking up personal belongings, especially valuable items like phones, is an essential habit that ensures security at school.
Starting next term, all students will be required to use their school-issued combination locks to secure their lockers. If your child has lost their lock, a replacement can be purchased from Student Services.
Please note that only school-issued locks are permitted, as they are part of a master key system that allows key staff to assist if needed. Locks from home are not allowed.
We know spinning in that combination can feel like a hassle, but trust us, it’s nothing compared to the headache of lost, stolen, or tampered-with belongings!
A few extra seconds to lock up now can save a whole lot of trouble later.
Let’s keep our school safe and our lockers locked!
