St Luke's Fete 2026
in partnership with St Timothy's Parish
From today, we'll be starting to bring you loads of updates about what's happening with our upcoming fete in October.
Some quick facts for you...
We're planning a bigger, better and brighter fete than ever before
Key to our organisation this year is that the P&F will not be organising big fundraising events- our fete is THE event. So get ready to donate:
We will need your help!
We're looking for any local families who would run FOOD TRUCKS and would like to sell their offerings at the fete. We want to support our families first.
Contact Jersy at: jersy.soesanto@yahoo.com.au
Second Hand Clothes stall will be happening at this year's fete.
- Are you about to clean out that wardrobe?
- Looking for a place to donate your clothes and handbags?
We want new, used but in great condition AND freshly washed clothing.
- Hold on to your collection until you receive the call for donations...it won't be long but PLEASE, only good quality pre-loved items.
- NO shoes or JEWELLERY
We are also looking for some enthusiastic stall coordinators for our Preloved Books, Silent Auction, Beer Garden/Wine & Cheese stall and BBQ stalls.
If you are interested in volunteering, getting involved in the fete committee or taking on a role to help out, please send an email to stlukesfete@gmail.com or if you see one of our committee members please reach out.
Committee members: Jo Adams, Vini Barrett, Candi D'Couto, Danielle Fusca, Jenny Marino, Lisa Pepe, Fiona Pourgoutzidis, Maria Racovalis, Sarah Santilli & Jersy Soesanto and Clare Ryan
Many hands make light work and it's a great way
to meet other school parents and our parish community.
Our next fete meeting is on Thursday 23rd April at 7pm in the hall kitchen.
All are welcome!
