ZENU: Changes to Two Factor Authentication

To strengthen Zenu’s processes and better protect your sensitive client and business information, Zenu is introducing changes to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) across all accounts in your CRM.

 

This update will occur todayTuesday, Feb 18th. 

 

This added security measure provides an extra layer of protection in case your password is ever compromised.

 

Zenu is transitioning from app-based 2FA to email-based 2FA. This change requires no setup on your part—you’ll simply receive a verification code to your nominated email address when logging in from a new device. You’ll only need to do this once every 60 days.
