Human Resources Lead

Are you a passionate HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact? Join First National Real Estate’s National Support Office as our Human Resources Lead and play a key role in driving positive workplace culture, enhancing HR practices, and leading wellness initiatives.

  • Onsite role in Richmond, VIC, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Part-time hours (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday – 22.5 hours per week).

What You will Be Doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Leading and implementing employee wellness initiatives to support mental health, work-life balance, and a positive work environment.
  • Providing HR guidance and support to employees and leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Handling employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations when required.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records and supporting workplace health & safety initiatives.

Commercial Property Manager: FN Candappa

 

FN Candappa (Drouin, Vic)is seeking a full-time commercial property manager. 

 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems are essential. 

 

A Certificate IV in Real Estate and a current police check are required for this position. The position ideally would suit someone with commercial real estate experience, residential property management or a legal background.  The position is full-time, with no weekend work required.

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Coordinate and liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Prepare and execute lease and disclosure statement documentation
  • Handle tenant adjustments, invoicing, and GST for outgoing/incoming tenants
  • Conduct lease negotiations, renewals, market reviews, and manage arrears
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing work orders, while ensuring compliance with asset quality standards
  • Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
