Salutations! We are excited to introduce ourselves as the 2025 Art captains. Besides the infamous ArtSpace, we have a lot of exciting new ideas, including our new instagram account (@kscartspace) and other projects in the works. My name is Jean and I like to draw in my free time. My name is Micaela and I love to draw in class. We look forward to meeting those of you that share the same passion for art, and we hope to spark some new interest in it.

Young Archie Entries Open
Entries for the Young Archie Competition are now open!
The Art Gallery of New South Wales invites budding artists between the ages of 5 and 18 to submit a portrait for the Young Archie competition.
The portrait must be of a person who is special to you – someone who is known to you and who knows you and plays a significant role in your life.
There are four age categories:
- 5–8 year olds
- 9–12 year olds
- 13–15 year olds
- 16–18 year olds
Entry forms available online: 28 January – 3 March 2025
Entries must be received: before 3 March 2025, 5pm
Finalists and honourable mentions announced: 1 May 2025
Young Archie exhibition at the Art Gallery of NSW: 10 May – 17 August 2025
