Primary Athletics Carnival Wrap-Up
A massive congratulations to our Year 6 House Leaders! Your energy, encouragement, and leadership throughout the carnival were outstanding, keeping house spirit high from the opening events to the final relay.
We recently hosted an assembly to celebrate our Stage 2 and Stage 3 (Years 3–6) competitors, where event ribbons and Age Champion certificates were officially awarded. It was wonderful to acknowledge the dedication and enthusiasm of all our young athletes.

Upcoming Sports Events
Week 2 (Primary)
- Netball NSW Gala Day Trials: Student trials for upcoming team selections.
- NSW Cricket Country Blitz (Thursday): Registered students only
- Primary Elective Term 3 Sport: Begins for all Year 3-6 students
All Primary students have selected their sport for this term. Could all families please ensure they have checked Compass for information.
A reminder that students who chose soccer will need to bring shinpads and boots (if they have them), while those who chose rugby league MUST have a mouthguard, while boots and headgear are recommended.
Week 3 (Secondary and Primary)
- Secondary Schools Cup Netball Gala Day (Wednesday): Secondary teams hit the court to represent our school.
- Primary Schools Cup Netball Gala Day (Thursday): Primary teams take the stage for a great day of netball competition.
ACS Athletics Carnival (Tamworth): Best of luck to our qualifying Primary and Secondary athletes heading to Tamworth to represent our school at the Diocesan level!
