We are half way through the term. This week I introduced the Children's Wellbeing Continuum to the Year 1/2 classes. All classes have the poster and will have sessions to allow them to understand the shared vocabulary and how they can use it to describe how they are feeling.

Lunchtime clubs continue throughout the term.
The following clubs will be open from 1.45 pm - 2.15 pm in the Wellbeing Hub - Colouring, Beading, Puzzles & Board games, and Watercolour Painting.

It has been great seeing students from different year levels working together and developing new social connections.
I hope there have been some lucky mums and dads receiving bracelets and necklaces.

Our watercolour painters have been doing wonderful experimentation with colour, shade and layering of paint.

Some senior students have been helping me to beautify the Wellbeing Hub by constructing some Lego flowers (much better than I could do).

I have received information about another free parent information session that some families my find of use - it is provided by SchoolTV.

This one focuses on recognising and discussing anxiety and depression. These are mental health issues that can affect anyone and building our understanding can help us to support our children if they experience these issues.
Thank you for all your support of your children and the school.
Eid Mubarak to our families celebrating this week.
