Grandparents Day Book Sale
What a wonderful morning we shared last Wednesday celebrating our Junior School Grandparents Day! It was lovely to see so many special visitors enjoying time together with students and experiencing our school community.
We were also delighted to once again partner with Collins Booksellers Warrnambool for our Book Sale. A huge thank you to everyone who purchased a book to donate to our Library.
Because of your generosity, we are excited to be able to add more than 70 new books to our Library collection for students to enjoy. Your support helps foster a love of reading and learning within our school community, and we are incredibly grateful.

World Bee Day
In celebration of World Bee Day on 20th May, we are helping raise awareness about the importance of bees and the vital role they play in our environment.
Bees help pollinate many of the plants and foods we rely on every day, making them incredibly important for healthy ecosystems and food production.
Families can help bees at home by planting flowers, avoiding harmful pesticides and providing water sources for pollinators.
On Wednesday 20th May, Mrs Nield and Mrs Robinson will be running some fun bee themed lunchtime activities in the Library from 1.15pm – 1.45pm. Students are invited to come along and enjoy games, crafts, fun facts and all things bees!
Included below is a simple recipe and a fun LEGO challenge that families might enjoy trying together at home as part of World Bee Day celebrations.
