Indonesian Room!

This term in Indonesian the Grade 6 students have been very busy researching and creating Batik pieces. They created a batik design on Mystery Bags for our upcoming festival as well as finishing a framed personal piece. 

The Grade 2 students have been exploring Wayang Kulit, traditional Indonesian Shadow Puppets and have made their very own shadow puppet set to take home, complete with a storybook. 

The Grade 5 students have been researching Indonesian food & drink then wrote and rehearsed a role play based in an Indonesian restaurant.  They had fun acting it out in front of their audience.
