Co-curricular - Senior Sport
Welcome back to Term 2. The winter sport season is now in full swing. With the trial period being largely interrupted by rain, please note that over the coming weeks, coaches will be watching closely as to whether any immediate premotion or demotion of players is warranted. The ISA season for Football and Tennis officially commences on Saturday 1 May. The Rugby pre-season fixtures commence prior to the first official ISA round. The ISA season will commence with a home round against St Stanislas College on Saturday 29 May.
Congratulations
Well done to Anthony del Popolo (Year 8) who competed at the National Age Diving Championships in Brisbane last week. Anthony was extremely successful, winning the Gold medal in the 5 Metre Platform, the Gold Medal in the 1 Metre Springboard, and the Silver medal in the 3 Metre Springboard. What a fantastic achievement for Anthony who was later named as the U14/15 Years Diver of the Meet. The College extends its congratulations to Anthony and acknowledges his hard work and dedication to achieving such outstanding results.
