Music Excursion - King Stingray!
King Stingray!
On Friday the 31st of March, Grade 5 and 6 students attended a fabulous afternoon of music at the Myer Music Bowl.
The afternoon began with DJ MzRizk spinning tunes as we arrived. We were then treated to Zimbabwean born, Melbourne based singer-songwriter, Thndo and her fabulous dancers. MZRizk then joined Tarabeat, an explosive band of Arabic flute, percussion and synthesizers, whose members danced amongst the audience and got everyone involved. Finally, Yolngu surf rockers King Stingray got us all jumping! A fabulous afternoon of diverse and exciting music. Click below to watch some short videos of the fun!
