Farewell
Deputy Principal Daniela

Dear Families,
It is with a mix of excitement and a touch of apprehension that I write to share some important news. Over the weekend, I was offered and have accepted a Principal position at Wallaroo Mines Primary School. The role begins next term.
Over the past four and a half years, it has been a privilege to be part of the Magill School community. I have greatly valued being part of such a vibrant and multicultural environment, underpinned by strong values and a genuine commitment to inclusion. It has been especially rewarding to work alongside a dedicated and professional leadership team and staff, all focused on ensuring our students gain the maximum benefit from their educational opportunities.
My time at Magill School has provided me with many meaningful experiences and valuable learnings, which I will carry with me into my new role. I am sincerely grateful for the support, collaboration, and sense of community that I have experienced here.
I would like to thank students, families, and colleagues for their ongoing support and for making my time at Magill both enjoyable and professionally fulfilling. I leave with many fond memories and a deep appreciation for all that this community represents.
I wish the Magill School community continued success and all the very best for the future. I look forward to hearing of your ongoing achievements in the years ahead.
Warm regards,
Daniela Lawlor
It is always a bittersweet moment when we say farewell to a valued colleague embarking on a new chapter. After four and a half years of dedicated service, our Deputy Principal, Daniela, will be leaving Magill School to take up a principal position at Wallaroo Mines Primary School. Congratulations on your achievement, Daniela.
During her time at Magill School, Daniela has made a significant and lasting impact. She has led key areas, including OSHC and Inclusion, with professionalism and care.
