PARENT/CARER INFORMATION

🚀 Step-Up Program
A reminder that our Step-Up Program will run from Monday 24 November to Friday 5 December for all students in Years 7–11.
This is not optional - the program marks the official start of Years 8 to 12, 2026.
The Step-Up Program provides students with the opportunity to:
- ✅ Begin the 2026 curriculum
- ✅ Meet their new teachers
- ✅ Get to know the students in their 2026 classes
Meeting their classmates and gaining insight into each subject helps reduce first-day anxiety and ensures a smooth start to their studies.
For students moving into VCE, the program also allows teachers to:
Introduce students to the requirements of the VCAA Study Design for each subject
Provide reading and introductory tasks, including holiday homework, that students can complete over the school break
With SACs scheduled within the first 4 weeks of Term 1, Step-Up is an essential part of Unit 1 and 3. Students can start their VCE studies confidently and well-prepared for the year ahead.
We look forward to seeing all students participate and make a positive, confident start to 2026! 🎉
