Lent is a time of prayer, fasting and almsgiving.

Through Prayer we come closer to God. Fasting reminds us of those that are less fortunate than ourselves; people who often have no choice but to go without the basic human needs. Almsgiving is a sign of our commitment to justice and our thanks for all that God has given us.

Classes will once again receive their Project Compassion box and be encouraged to contribute to raising funds for those less fortunate than ourselves.

By supporting Caritas and placing money in a Project Compassion box you will be helping those who are less fortunate than us. These are also located in the Church foyer and each classroom throughout the school.

Preparing for Eucharist28

On the weekend of Saturday 28 February & Sunday 1 March, our parish will join with the whole Church in preparing for Eucharist28, when Pope Leo XIII comes to Sydney to preside.

Adoration Schedule (Eucharist28 Weekend)

During Adoration, the church will be a place of profound silence and reverence — a sacred stillness where hearts can rest before Christ.

A Quiet Church for Prayer

Before and after Mass, let’s keep silence in the church to allow everyone space for prayer and reflection.

Nourish Your Spirit This Lent

Take time for prayer and gratitude - the Rosary, quiet adoration, or a small act of kindness.

Blessings and Peace,

Have a wonderful fortnight as we start our Lenten Journey together.
