Supporting Wellbeing at Home

This term, we’ve been exploring a range of simple wellbeing exercises in class that help students build calm, focus, and emotional awareness. Many of these activities are easy to use at home too, and children often enjoy sharing them with their families. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be including a few of these strategies in the newsletter so you can try them together if you wish. They’re designed to promote a sense of balance and wellbeing, and to give children practical tools they can use whenever they need a moment to reset. I hope you find them helpful and enjoyable to explore as a family.
