Outside School Hours Care

Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program:

  • Before School Care - 7am to 8.45am
  • After School Care - 3.30pm to 6pm (program provided from earlier finish time for Prep students and at end of term).
  • Vacation Care - 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday during school holidays (Autumn, Winter and Spring; Summer Vacation Care provided for the week prior to the school year commencing)
  • Student-Free/Curriculum Day Care (four each year) and Professional Practice Day for teaching staff (one) - 7am to 6pm.

Students must enrol in the OSHC program to access care. 

Enrol in the OSHC program with Paul Davis, our OSHC Coordinator (email Paul.Davis@education.vic.gov.au). The Xplor Home app is required for enrolment and booking for care; an invitation to access the app will be sent by Paul Davis. 

New furniture

The OSHC program has purchased new furniture for the children that is much more child friendly. The children's reaction has been so positive. 

We are hoping to purchase more tables and chairs to ensure that the program is providing furniture that is age appropriate for children.

I would like to thank Mrs McCann, the EHPS Business Manager, for her help and support in this program initiative.

Weekly Reflections

Weekly Reflections is a snap shot of what has happened at the OSHC program in the past week. A copy is attached to the Compass News Feed message published this week. 

Visual Consent

Prep parents who have enrolled their child in the OSHC program are asked to complete and return the Visual Consent form to the program. 

Under Government Legislation we need to have your approval if we are to take photos of your child; attachment provided in your Compass News Feed this week.

Reviewing Policies

The program is currently reviewing the following policies:

  1. Privacy
  2. Transportation
  3. Safe Arrival of Children 
  4. Complaints

OSHC Payments

As advised in your Compass News Feed this week, please ensure that you complete the payment section when enrolling your child into the OSHC program.

 

If you are an existing family using the program and you are having issues setting up your payment plan please check the following:

  1. ensure the PRIMARY CARER details are being used when setting up the account.
  2. please check your credit card / debit card details.

 

5 easy steps to set up payment

  1. Only primary carers will be allowed to set up banking details. 
  2. Go to your XPLOR Home app
  3. Click Account & Select Finance 
  4. Select Setup Direct Debit 
  5. Enter your Payment Details and Submit
