Our Parents & Friends Club (PFC) is made up of everyday parents and caregivers who want to be involved in their children’s school community in a meaningful (and enjoyable!) way. Whether you have lots of time or just a little, there’s a role that can fit around work, family, and life.
At our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 3 March 2026, we’ll be filling the following roles for the next 12 months. No experience is required, you’ll be supported by a friendly team, and handovers are provided.
| PFC Executive/Office Bearers | |
| President | If you enjoy bringing people together and helping ideas turn into action, this role might be for you. The President helps guide the PFC, leads meetings, and works closely with the school to support events and initiatives that benefit all our kids. You don’t need to have all the answers, just a willingness to coordinate, communicate, and support others. |
| Secretary | Perfect for someone who likes a bit of structure. The Secretary helps keep the group organised by preparing agendas, taking notes at meetings, and sharing updates so everyone stays informed. This role is great if you’re organised and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. |
| Treasurer | The Treasurer helps look after the PFC’s finances and works alongside the school’s Business Manager. It’s a steady, well-supported role that helps ensure events and fundraising are managed responsibly. Ideal if you’re comfortable with basic budgeting and like things to add up. |
| PFC Committee | |
| Social Media Coordinator | If you enjoy Facebook or Instagram, this one’s for you. The Social Media Coordinator shares updates, promotes events, and helps keep our school community connected online. You don’t need to be a tech expert, just happy to post and engage. |
| Secondhand Uniform Coordinator | A practical, hands-on role that directly supports families. You’ll help organise secondhand uniform sales and manage lost property, making school life easier and more affordable for everyone. This role is flexible and very rewarding. |
If you’ve ever thought, “I could probably help, but I’m not sure how,” this is your sign. Getting involved is a great way to meet other families, support the school, and be part something positive.
To nominate, please complete the online PFC Nomination Form via Compass, or feel free to put your hand up on the night at the AGM.

Ritchie’s IGA Loyalty Program
Our school is part of the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP). EHPS received $32.58 in December 2025 and $31.64 in January 2026 from the RCBP, representing 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected EHPS as their organization to support.
If you shop at a Ritchies IGA (the local store is in Mount Waverley) and are a member of their loyalty program, please support EHPS by choosing our school as your nominated beneficiary. Each month we receive 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected our school each month. Please encourage family and friends who also shop at IGA to support EHPS.
