What a wonderful start!

What a wonderful start we have had to the new school year! 

We have welcomed new faces in both students and staff and seen them settle into our community beautifully. Lots of families have downloaded the Compass App and are starting to receive communication from us about what is happening here at school. If you haven't already, please make sure you download the app so you and your children never miss out on any of the action happening here. 

Our Prep students have one more week attending only 4 days before they begin full time from Monday 2nd March. On Tuesday evening we welcomed the Prep Parents to school for an Information Evening. Emily, Sandra, Patricia and Emily did a wonderful job of sharing the learning that their students are undertaking and explaining what their days look like.  

We have also had lots of opportunities to come together as both whole school and small community groups - our whole school gathering last week, our Ash Wednesday Liturgy yesterday and our weekly Afternoon Gatherings. Visitors to Afternoon Gathering are asked to please be mindful of student safety and not lean mobile phones, bags, coffee cups etc. over the edge of the railing as these can fall and harm students sitting below.
