Year 7 trip to the Zoo

On Tuesday 20th May, Mullauna’s Year 7 Science students explored Melbourne Zoo under cold, but sunny skies, where they participated in a workshop focused on the various adaptations of different animal species to enable them to suit their surrounding environments & habitats. Any spare time on either side of this workshop was spent taking photos with the adorable meerkats, inquisitive lemurs, cuddly koalas & hungry giraffes, before soaking in some vitamin D on the grass with their lunch. 

All students in attendance should be commended for their exemplary behaviour on their first major secondary school excursion at Mullauna!
