Pathways News

11 of our Year 10 students recently graduated from the WOW Health and Community Services program which ran from April through to October.

During this time students participated in visits to The Gordon, Epworth Hospital, Geelong Tech School and Deakin University where they heard from professionals in the industry as well as undertaking micro credential units.

This well resourced and timely program was coordinated by the Geelong Region LLEN (Local Learning and Employment Network) under the guidance of Rabia Shahzad.  We would like to thank her for all the work behind the scenes to stage such a comprehensive insight into health in our region. A huge thanks to Katrina Coburn, our Headstart Coordinator for accompanying our students on the program.
