As parents and caregivers, it is often difficult (and overwhelming!) to know where to turn to for reliable information. Whether it’s health and wellbeing related, mental health, developmental, safety, or other issues, the internet is a minefield of information… some useful, some not so much!

The Raising Children Network is an online parenting resource that provides evidence-based information on behaviour, development, family life and so much more. The information is accessible, current, scientifically validated and easy to navigate. It’s a resource that I frequently recommend to families, and refer to myself as both a parent and mental health practitioner.
