Fitness HIIT Session
Want to get fitter, stronger and faster, in less time? Clayfield Swimming’s High Intensity Fitness Sessions are designed for students in Years 7 to 12 who want real results while still enjoying their training.
These 45-minute sessions combine swimming and strength training, led by our Strength & Conditioning coach, Isaac, using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to maximise your workout.

Learn to Swim
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Morning classes
We are excited to announce the addition of new classes across our program. Morning Learn to Swim and Mini Squad sessions are now available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with convenient school drop-off options included.
Early morning exercise has been shown to improve focus, energy levels, and overall readiness for the school day, helping students feel more settled and prepared in the classroom.
For families booked into the classes below, children can be dropped directly to their lesson, and a Clayfield Swimming instructor will safely escort them to school at the conclusion of their session.
- 7:00am to 7:45am- Mini Squad (Clayfield Crocs Squad)
- 7:45am to 8:15am- Prep-Year 3 students
- 8:15am to 8:45am- Pre Prep students
