Junior School

It has been wonderful to welcome our students back for Term 3 and see the Junior School buzzing with energy once again after the holiday break. We extend a particularly warm welcome to the new students and families joining our Trinity community this term. We are delighted to have you with us and hope you quickly feel a strong sense of belonging as you embrace the many opportunities and friendships that await.

One of the highlights of the start of the term was our College's NAIDOC Week celebrations. Our Junior School students joined with the wider College community to recognise and celebrate the rich history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We were privileged to hear from special guest and past student Tyra Murray, whose inspiring address encouraged us all to continue walking together on the journey of reconciliation.

Our students were captivated by the performances from the Dinawan's Connections Dance Troupe, who shared culture, storytelling and a deep connection to Country through dance. The celebrations were further enriched by beautiful musical performances from our Junior School Choir, who sang Taba Naba, and our Senior Music students, whose heartfelt rendition of My Island Home provided a powerful reflection on identity, belonging and connection. It was a meaningful celebration and a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn, reflect and grow together.

Bastille Day

On Friday 24 of July, we celebrated Bastille Day and all things French. 

It was so wonderful to see our staff and students dressed up in the French colours and looking so chic! I saw many croissants, baguettes and flags about. Some lovely senior students helped to run boules, a colouring activity and a photo booth around the Outdoor Chapel. We also had Philippe et Jacques present a French Music and Mime performance at lunch time. Philippe et Jacques also did a special performance for our Year 4 students, who just loved the experience.

Congratulations Mrs Nolan!

Congratulations to our very own Mrs Karlee Nolan on an incredible achievement!

On the weekend, Karlee became the Albury Tigers' all-time games record holder, playing her remarkable 356th game for the club. As if that wasn't enough, she was also surprised with the ultimate honour when the club unveiled Karlee Nolan Court, named in recognition of her outstanding contribution and unwavering commitment over more than two decades.

Karlee's dedication, resilience and passion for her club are truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Trinity community, where she brings those same qualities into the classroom every day.

Congratulations, Karlee, on this well-deserved recognition. What an amazing legacy to leave for future generations.
