Updating Medical Information

 ‘Is your child’s medical information on Paperly up-to-date?’

The upcoming school holiday break provides the perfect opportunity to check and update your child’s health and medical details via the Paperly widget on the Schoolbox landing page.

Paperly is our new system for consent forms and Student information, including medical. Updating these details is particularly relevant as students prepare for our Outdoor Education season in Terms 2 and 3.

To update any details;

  • Go to the School Box homepage (once logged in, click the school crest on the top left side of the page).
  • Above the calendar section is Paperly. Click Details.
  • In the left column you will see your child/ren’s name/s, select the child, and on the top right click edit.
  • You will then have several drop-down sections you can add new information to.

If your child requires an Asthma or Anaphylaxis Action plan, would you please email or drop a current copy into our front Reception or the Medical Centre.

Here at St Philips College, we take the ‘health and well-being’ of your child very seriously, hence updating all relevant health/medical details via the Paperly portal, or contacting the Medical Centre directly; 89504567 or nurse@stphilips.nt.edu.au  ensures we can provide the best possible care in all situations.

Kind regards,
