Athletics Championships

On the 25th of March students who were chosen to go to the exhilarating athletics boarded the bus and headed to Meadowglen. We all had adrenaline rushing through our blood. Once we got there, we rushed to our seats ready to have our chance to compete in hurdles, relay, long jump, 800 metres and many more. We all tried our hardest in our events and really worked up a sweat! People who came first or second in their event got to go to the second round of athletics. Overall we all had a fun, exciting and amazing day.

Lalor Division Athletics Championships

On Tuesday, March 25th, 27 incredible athletes from Lalor East Primary School proudly represented our school at the Lalor Division Athletics Championships held at Meadowglen International Athletics Track.

I am incredibly proud and inspired by each of our amazing students who competed with outstanding determination, bravery and sportsmanship. Seeing their enthusiasm and dedication as they gave their absolute best effort was truly heartwarming, and they made our entire school community immensely proud.

A huge thank you to Amanda and Aarti for their invaluable help and support on the day. Also, a special thanks to all the parents who attended and helped our students shine even brighter.

To all our Lalor East athletes, your efforts, positivity, and pride in representing our school were not unnoticed. You are all champions!
