Hay Fever Season Has Arrived
If your son experiences hay fever, we ask that you assist us in managing his symptoms at school to minimise any impact on his wellbeing and learning. Please ensure the following:
Administer a non-drowsy antihistamine prior to school: Antihistamines are generally taken once daily and, where appropriate, should be administered early in the day to help manage symptoms throughout the school day.
Ensure asthma management is up to date: If applicable, please ensure that your son’s asthma action plan is current, his reliever inhaler is readily available at school, and any prescribed preventative medication is taken as directed.
