Pathways in Faith

Pictured is Braiden Woodman, a member of the Year 11 VM subject “Pathways in Faith”. This subject focuses on care for the environment and embraces values from the Papal Encyclical “Laudato Si’”. It also keeps us in step with our St Mary MacKillop mission to never walk past a need without doing something about it. The VM team has propagated flowers from seed and potted them up into tube stock. The flowers will be planted to support butterflies, bees, moths and other insect life, helping to improve insect biodiversity. The class has also built several “insect hotels” to support insects in the area.
