School Fees – Important Payment Reminder

A friendly reminder to all families that all school fees are due and payable in full by Thursday, 26 November 2026.

Families currently paying by direct debit are reminded to ensure their payments are on track to have their account finalised by this date. Families who have not provided an updated direct debit form in 2026 are still required to ensure their school fees are paid in full by Thursday, 26 November 2026. BPAY and direct deposits can be made using the payment details contained on the bottom of your fee statement.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties or need to discuss your payment arrangements, please contact the Fees Team as soon as possible. We are committed to working with families to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Direct Debit

For families wanting to pay via direct debit, please complete and submit a new direct debit form to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au. Please note that no direct debits will be deducted until we have the new direct debit form. The updated direct debit form can be found on our website under the “Enrolment, Uniform & Fees” tab.

Concessions

If you believe you are entitled to a concession due to being the holder of a Commonwealth Concession Card (PCC/HCC/DVA Gold), please forward a copy of your card to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au as soon as possible.  Please note that we are unable to apply the concession if we do not hold a copy of a valid Commonwealth Concession Card (PCC/HCC/DVA Gold).

2027 Annual School Fees

School fees are a combination of tuition fees, a technology levy, and a capital levy.

Tuition Fees are fully inclusive of camps, sport, buses, and excursions. In 2027 the tuition fee for one child is $6,086.00.

The technology levy is $500 per annum per student. This is a compulsory charge to assist with the leasing of laptops and provision of IT services. New devices are provided to students in years 7 and 10.

The 2027 capital levy is $648 per family. This is a compulsory charge to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings as well as supporting future building projects. Without this levy it would be difficult for us to plan for new buildings or upgrades to our buildings, including painting, heating, cooling, carpet replacement etc. 

Whilst an account balance remains, account statements will be sent out each term. These can be considered as payment reminders.

Payment of School Fees and Charges

School Fees are charged to Parent Accounts at the beginning of the school year. 

The annual bill is the invoice for the full years’ charges, and a tax invoice/statement will be forwarded by email.  Unless a direct debit instalment arrangement is in place, payment in full is due by 2 April 2027. Instalments can be made via Mastercard/Visa or Direct Debit. 

The following payment options are available:

It is your responsibility to notify the College in a timely manner of new card expiry dates/details of any new bank account numbers.

2027 Direct Debit

For families wanting to pay their school fees via direct debit or alter an existing direct debit in 2027, please complete and submit a new direct debit form to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au. Our updated 2027 direct debit form can be found by clicking on the link below.

For families with existing 2026 direct debits, you only need to complete a new form IF you wish to alter your current payment arrangements. The school will adjust the payment amount based on your current payment frequency.

Music Lesson Fees – 2027 Update

From 2027, music lesson fees will increase to $40 per individual lesson and $30 per shared lesson. Billing arrangements will also change, with families invoiced at the beginning of each term for that term’s music lessons. Any applicable lesson credits will be carried forward and applied to the following term’s invoice.
