WPS Community Children’s Garden

No Garden Club so far this term as there have been no volunteers able to help.
With 30-ish kids using tools in the garden, I am unable to run Garden Club alone.
If you would like yours and others' children to experience the joys of learning about nature, healthy eating, teamwork, outdoor activities, etc, please donate your time to help out. At a minimum, it’s only 1 hour over lunch time on a Monday. You do not need to help every week – once a term would be great.
Helping out does not require any gardening knowledge, just experience wrangling kids, and as parent’s we are all experts at that!
Please reach out to me on the phone number below to be added to the Garden Club WhatsApp group. I use Whats app to keep interested parents informed about what’s happening in the Community Garden and as a way for volunteers to sign up when they are able to offer their time.
Over the holiday, some kind parents pruned the Community Garden raspberries.
THANK YOU Lou and Bec!!
