SCHOOL UNIFORM DONATIONS
We are looking for generous individuals, like you, who can donate new or used school uniforms for year 7-12 to our front administration office. No donation is too small, and every item can help make a significant difference to the students and families here at the College. Thank you once again for your time and consideration. Regards MESC.
NOTEBOOKS CANNOT BE CHARGED AT SCHOOL
As a part of students being ready to learn, students are expected to bring their notebook to school fully charged and ready to use for the day. We are not permitted to have equipment onsite that has not been test and tagged and notebook chargers in classrooms are an Occupational Health and Safety tripping hazard. We appreciate your support in this matter.
COMPASS EVENTS
Please ensure that both consent and payment for Compass events are completed prior to the event's closing date. Extensive planning goes into creating events with consideration for numbers, staffing, transport, entry etc. The due date is strictly adhered to as numbers are provided to the event organiser to finalise event planning.
IF YOUR STUDENT BECOMES UNWELL AT SCHOOL
If your student feels unwell during the school day, they must report to Sickbay, located in the General Administration Office.
From there, staff will assess the situation and contact a parent or guardian if the student is too unwell to remain at school and needs to be collected.
Please note that students are not permitted to use mobile phones anytime at school to contact parents or guardians directly. All communication regarding illness must be managed through the school office.
Thank you for your cooperation.
