Bells during exams period

Our Year 12 VCE students (and accelerating Year 11 students) will be sitting important Unit 3 and 4 VCAA exams over the coming weeks. From Tuesday 27 October, the school bells will be turned off. Students will need to keep track of the time and ensure they arrive at class on time. A copy of the bell times is inside the front cover of the MGSC Student Diary. Bell times will also be displayed on the bulletin screens around the school.

During the upcoming examination period, we ask all students to be mindful of noise levels around the school, both during class time and breaks. Some of the VCAA exams will be held in the gym, and others will be held in various locations around the school. Signs will be displayed in areas where exams are being held, reminding students to remain quiet. We thank all students in advance for their support of our VCE students.

Uniforms donations to PFA

Families leaving our community are encouraged to donate good condition uniform items to the PFA-run second-hand uniform shop. The PFA are keen to restock to assist Year 7 students preparing to join our school next year. Items can be left at the General Office.

The sale of these items will also go towards the work of the PFA.

See the PFA page for more ways they are supporting our students.
