Physical Education

In P.E. we start the year by welcoming all students and introducing them to the importance of physical activity, teamwork, and having fun while staying active. We have been focussing on developing basic motor skills, coordination, and fitness while encouraging a positive attitude toward physical education.

This term we have also introduced initiative games. Activities designed to challenge students to think critically, work together, and solve problems. These games involve teamwork, communication, and creative thinking to accomplish specific tasks.

Whether it's building trust, enhancing problem-solving skills, or just having fun, initiative games have been a great way to promote cooperation and develop new skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Through both P.E. activities and initiative games, students learn how to stay active, collaborate with others, and develop lifelong skills for physical and mental well-being
