Flexischools App

Year 7 – Online Canteen Orders available now

We are excited to announce that Year 7 families now have access to Canteen Orders for recess and lunchtime, via an online system – Flexischools.

Key points:

This is a trial, with Year 7 only, for Term 4 2025. 

The Canteen will continue to offer walk up, over-the-counter purchases for all year levels.

Parents register, order and pay via the Flexischools App.

All online orders must be in by 9.00am – no late orders can be accepted.

Students will be able to collect online orders from the specially marked collection point at the Canteen.

To get started:

Parents download the free Flexischools App from the Apple or Google store and follow the simple prompts to create an account and register.

Online Ordering:

Ordering food and drink items from our Menu is easy via the “Order Food” button.

To Submit Order and Pay:

From the “View Order” and “Checkout and Pay” buttons, parents will be able to compete their order.

Extra notes:

Parents can set daily spend limits and keep an eye on what has been purchased via the Flexischools app. 

Parents can also add access for their child to use the App, enabling them to place online orders themselves.

If you already have a Flexischools account for another family member, select the Profile icon on the app and “+ Add New Student”.
