Meet the Middle Team 

Celia MCD – Middle Years Team Leader (Monday - Friday) Celia.dickinson@education.vic.gov.au

Hi! I’m Celia. My first year at Brunswick was ages ago—back when we had Indonesian huts and a sheep in the woodlands!

When I’m not at school, I’m busy mum-ing Kowhai, coaching netball, tackling DIY projects, or sneaking in a bit of gardening… and on very rare occasions, finishing a book!

I’m thrilled to be in the middle years this year, working with a fantastic team of teachers, and I can’t wait for a year full of learning, laughs, and fun with our students!

Ann Laming – MAT (Wednesday–Friday)

Hi, I’m Ann and I share the MAT role with Tim Harwood.

I’ve been part of the BNWPS community for many years — in fact, my two (now adult!) children also attended school here, which makes this place very special to me.

Outside of school, I enjoy long walks, keeping active at the gym, and travelling whenever I get the chance. On my days away from BNWPS, I spend time caring for my energetic two-year-old grandchild — so I definitely still work full-time… just in a different role! 😊

Ernesto - MEB (Monday - Friday)

Hello, I’m Ernesto and I’m the classroom teacher for MEB.

I’m back working fulltime at BNWPS after CRT’ing last year - it’s been lovely coming back to our wonderful school community.

Outside of school, my partner and I keep ourselves busy by finding ways to entertain our energetic 6 year old daughter. These include searching for local playgrounds and cafes to try out. When I’m not busy being an entertainer for my child, I enjoy going on walks, finding delicious local eateries and spending time with my extended family.

Tim Harwood - MAT (Monday, Tuesday)

Hi, I’m Tim and I share MAT with Ann. 

I am thrilled to be back in Middles after a few years in the Juniors! I am very pleased to be working with some familiar faces in the classroom and excited to get to know the new ones.

Outside of school, I have two children of my own (one who has just started high school!) and a tiny, tiny dog. I love reading and cooking. I relax with a game of chess or some meditation.  

Tim Plummer - MTA (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri)

Hi everyone!

I'm Tim, and I'm really happy to be part of the middle school team this year. I've been teaching for 14 years now, and I still love coming to school every day.

Outside of school, I'm a bit of a shed tinkerer — at the moment, I'm busy building our family caravan, getting it ready for our big adventure. Max and Ted (my two boys), my wife Ash and I are heading off on a trip around Australia soon, exploring as much of this amazing country as we can. Maya, our golden retriever, will not be coming along but she will be cared for by others in our amazing community.  Whilst I will miss her so much!  I know she will be cared for and loved so much!

Hello, I’m Alice and I get to teach in MTA on Wednesday’s (on Monday and Tuesday I get to do all things maths!) I’ve been teaching for 11 years in every year level but the Seniors! 

When I’m not at BNW, I’m off on adventures with my 2 year old, Zeldie. You can find us looking for books at an op shop, discovering new playgrounds or anywhere with animals!
