Wominjeka Everyone,
Last week we hosted our much-anticipated Meet and Greet with a Sausage Sizzle, and what a wonderful afternoon it was!
We had an amazing turnout, and it was so lovely to see so many of our families come together. The children were absolutely thrilled — the sausages were definitely a highlight! There were plenty of smiles, happy chatter, and even a few requests for seconds.
One of the best parts of the afternoon was watching families connect with one another. It was heartwarming to see parents chatting, children playing together, and new friendships beginning to form. Events like these truly strengthen our sense of community.
The weather was mostly on our side! Although we had a brief moment of concern when the sky suddenly turned quite dark around 3 pm, the clouds passed after about 20 minutes and the sunshine returned — just in time for everyone to continue enjoying the afternoon.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. We love creating opportunities for our families to come together, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

IMPORTANT Notes:
1. Monday 9/3/26 – Public Holiday Reminder
A friendly reminder that next Monday (9/3/26) is a public holiday. The OSHC service will be closed on this day.
All existing bookings for Monday will be automatically cancelled, and you will not be charged.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care, we kindly remind families that if your child has a medical condition (such as asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, diabetes, epilepsy, or any other diagnosed condition), the following documentation is required:
These documents must be kept up to date at all times. If your child’s medical needs or medication change, please inform us immediately and provide updated documentation.
If you are unsure whether we have your child’s current information on file, please speak with Bernadetta or Laxmi. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
2. Accounts & Payments Summary
Account statements are issued weekly. Please review them regularly to ensure your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) has been applied correctly.
Centrelink may automatically cancel a CCS enrolment if a child does not attend care for 14 consecutive weeks. Families are responsible for keeping Centrelink details up to date (including income, care arrangements, and contact details) to avoid any issues or potential CCS debts.
Payments:Only Parent 1 can view and manage account and payment details via the Xplor Home app. Parent 1 can set up Direct Debit (Accounts/Finance) or use the “Pay Now” option to pay as needed.
For any questions, please contact Bernadetta on 0466 667 725 or via email.
3. School Holiday Program:
We’re getting closer to the school holidays, and it’s important that we now begin finalising numbers for our April School Holiday Program (SHP).
Planning exciting incursions and excursions takes time and careful organisation, and confirming attendance allows us to lock in bookings and ensure everything runs smoothly for our children.
All our activities are now finalised. Please take a moment to review the flyer for more information about what’s coming up.
