The school disco was a fantastic evening filled with music, dancing, and lots of fun. It was wonderful to see students enjoying time with their friends, showing off their best dance moves, and embracing the excitement of the night. Events like these help build a strong sense of community and create special memories for our students. A big thank you to the staff, volunteers, and families who helped make the disco such a successful event.

Students recently participated in an exciting STOMP Dance Clinic, where they learned a high-energy routine inspired by the rhythm and movement style of modern pop music. The session encouraged students to work collaboratively, develop their coordination, and express themselves through movement. It was wonderful to see students stepping out of their comfort zones, embracing the challenge, and having plenty of fun along the way. The clinic was a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, teamwork, and creativity through the performing arts.

Our Grade 5/6 students represented the school at the Lightning Premiership, competing in either soccer or netball against other local schools. Students demonstrated excellent teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the day, supporting one another and giving their best effort in every game. We were incredibly proud of the way they represented our school, both on and off the field, and congratulate all participants on their involvement and achievements.
We are excited to invite families to our Learning Showcase on Tuesday 23rd June at 2pm. This term, students have been exploring our Our Asian Neighbours inquiry unit and will be sharing their learning through a Travel Expo, showcasing the knowledge, skills, and creativity they have developed throughout the term. Our school choir will also be performing, making it a wonderful opportunity to celebrate student learning and achievement together. We look forward to welcoming families and sharing this special end of term event with our community.
