Presentation Day

All families are invited to attend our end of year Presentation Ceremony.

The morning will commence at 10.00am and will conclude at approximately 12.00pm. The students will travel by bus to and from the venue.

Please ensure your child/ren are wearing their full correct Summer Uniformincluding leather shoes.

2025 SCHOOL FEES

School fees are now OVERDUE for payment.

(unless other arrangements have been made).

If you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.

Payment options include:

🟢 EFTPOS - available at the school front office and over the phone

🟢 Compass Pay

🟢 Cash or Cheque

🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.

School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.

SCHOOL UNIFORM REMINDER

We understand that we are getting close to the end of the school year, however we would like to remind parents that students are required to wear their FULL summer uniform. This includes leather school shoes. If your child is not wearing the correct uniform in it's entirety, then a note must be sent to the school office.

SCHOOL CHOIR

The St Francis Xavier’s School Choir are rehearsing in preparation for their performance at The Crossing Theatre Christmas Carols.

The carols will be held inside The Crossing Theatre auditorium on Saturday 20th December commencing at 6.00pm.

We invite our families to come along and support the students.

LOST PROPERTY

If your child has misplaced any belongings please ask them to check the lost property located in the Office. Any uniform item not claimed by the end of the year will donated to the clothing pool. All other items not claimed by the end of the year will be donated to Vinnies.
