Year 3/4 Learning Reflection

4A students have been learning about Independent and Dependent Clauses during writing. They completed a cut and paste activity where they categorised different sentences into each type.

It was wonderful on Monday to see students wearing clothing that represents their cultures. Some students even had the opportunity to showcase their outfits in a parade, followed by a picnic celebrating with their families.

This week in 3B, students have been introduced to multiplication and division. We learned that multiplication shows equal groups, while division is about sharing or grouping numbers into equal parts.

Grade 4 students have been learning how to read nutrition labels, understand the functions of nutrients in their bodies, and identify which foods are more or less nutritious.

The Grade 4 students had a fantastic time at the Harmony Day concert. It was lovely to see them perform the dances and songs with such enthusiasm and effort.

3B had a great time at the Colour Run! Students enjoyed running through the course and getting covered in bright colours. It was great to see everyone smiling, having fun, and supporting each other.
