School Council

School Council comprises of DET employees, parent members and coopted community members.

• DET employees include Monique Corcoran, Jodi Price, Sheree Bretel and Paula Fleming
• Parent members include Aden Hogan (President), Emma Thompson (Vice President), Adele Chen (Treasurer), Jodie Hewson, Aftab Hussain and Jessica Rabba
• Community members include Geraldine Oborne and Leanne McDonald

New Canteen Service Provider for 2026

As of 2026 Jude Fina Foods will be our new lunch order/canteen provider.

Important Information for 2026

• The service will ONLY be available 4 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).
• Ordering will be through QKR! (details to be provided)
• The menu and pricelist will be available soon
• Services will begin from Monday, February 4, 2026.

For the remainder of 2025

• Silvia (with Judy and Diane) from Hungry Hampers will continue through to the end of the year.
• Last day for lunch orders is Thursday December 11, 2025.
• We wish Silvia all the best for 2026, she will spend the first part of the new year travelling with her family.

As the current service agreement was expiring at the end of this year, school council invited several canteen providers to submit their proposals, and after much deliberation, Jude Fina Foods was awarded a 1 year contract (with the hopes of continuing if the community is satisfied).  If you want to learn more about Jude Fina, please visit their website https://www.judefinafoods.com.au/.  They are currently servicing 46 other school canteens.
