Foundation Students Celebrate 100 Days of School
On Wednesday 29th July, our Foundation students reached an exciting milestone as they celebrated 100 days of school. This special day was both a joyful celebration and an opportunity to recognise 100 days of learning, growth and developing confidence!
Across their first 100 days, our youngest learners have made an outstanding start to school life. They have established positive routines, formed new friendships and embraced a wide range of learning experiences. It has been a period of significant growth as they have developed their understanding of what it means to be an active and engaged learner.
Students took part in a variety of fun and meaningful activities focused on the number 100, while also reflecting on their learning journey so far. It was wonderful to see the excitement, confidence and pride they demonstrated throughout the day.
We are incredibly proud of our Foundation students for reaching this milestone and thank our dedicated staff and supportive families for their role in helping each child feel confident, settled and successful in their first year of school.

Years 3–6 Student-Led Conferences
Last week, our Year 3–6 students proudly participated in Student-Led Conferences, providing a valuable opportunity to share their learning with their families. During these conferences, students reflected on their achievements from the first semester and spoke confidently about their progress across the curriculum.
Students also outlined their goals for the second half of the year, demonstrating a growing sense of ownership and responsibility for their learning. It was wonderful to see the confidence with which students spoke and the pride they took in presenting their work.
If you were unable to attend the Parent-Teacher Interviews or Student-Led Conference, your child’s teacher will be in contact to arrange another suitable time to meet.
Ongoing communication and collaboration between home and school are essential in supporting every child to achieve their best, and we greatly value the strong partnerships we have with our families.
Girls Soccer Team – Greater Dandenong Division Finals
On Friday 31st July, our Girls Soccer Team proudly competed in the Greater Dandenong Division Finals against Dandenong South Primary School and Sirius College. We congratulate all of our players on an outstanding season. After being crowned Springvale Zone Premiers, the team represented ARPS with determination, resilience and exemplary sportsmanship throughout the competition. Reaching the Greater Dandenong Division Finals is a significant achievement, and the team should be incredibly proud of their efforts.
Thank you to Mr Calvett for his dedication in coaching the soccer teams, particularly for the additional time he gives to support students through extra lunchtime training sessions.
