Physical Education

Dear Ormond community,

My name is Mr Keng and I’m very excited to be joining the Ormond Primary School community as the new Sport teacher this year. I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of our students and helping them grow not only in their skills, but also in their confidence, teamwork and love of being active.

Sport and physical education should be a place where every student feels safe, supported and included, no matter their ability or experience. My goal is to create lessons and sporting events where everyone is encouraged to have a go, challenge themselves, and most importantly, enjoy moving their bodies. I cannot wait to see our students trying new activities, supporting each other and celebrating their achievements — big and small.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Ormond community and am looking forward to a fun, active year ahead.
