Dear Jacana Parent Community,

We are pleased to share a positive update regarding our playground redevelopment works.

Playground 5 is now open and available for student use, and it looks fantastic. A significant amount of work was undertaken behind the scenes to ensure this space was ready for students as quickly as possible. The contractors have done an exceptional job, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring the foundations have been completed to a professional standard.

The new ground markings and turf have already been warmly received, with students thoroughly enjoying the refreshed space.

We are now looking ahead to the next stage of the project, with Playgrounds 4 and 3 anticipated to be completed and returned to us by mid-March. The effort and care being invested into creating safe, engaging and high-quality environments for our students has been evident throughout this process.

We would also like to sincerely thank our staff and students for their patience, flexibility and cooperation during the construction period. We understand that navigating temporary changes can be challenging, and we truly appreciate the way our school community has supported this process.
