WELCOME 2025 YEAR 7's & FAMILIES

On Tuesday 10th December, we welcomed our incoming Year 7 students and families to Brighton Secondary College for their Orientation Day.

The transition from primary into secondary education is full of differing levels of excitement and nerves from both the students and the parents/carers. 

We worked hard behind the scenes to ensure that the day was full of fun activities that showcased only a fraction of student life at BSC.

Our incoming students dug in and participated in all the varying activities with unwavering energy and enthusiasm, and left the school with smiles covering their whole faces.

Our peer support leaders guided students through the days events and will be an integral part of their journey into year 7 next year.

Later that afternoon, we welcomed parents/carers back to the school where we mingled and enjoyed some cheese & fruit platters. This afternoon was about ensuring we set the foundations early for a great partnership leading into 2025 and beyond.
