What have we been making?

Welcome Back to Term 4 in Food Tech! 

 

We kicked off the term by baking pink ribbon cookies to celebrate Pink Day at Berwick Chase. The students really enjoyed making these cookies and had fun stamping them with a pink ribbon. A huge thank you to the Harper & Ashton Wilson’s family and Maliaka Afzal’s family for making the pink ribbon cookie stamps – your support is greatly appreciated! 

 

This week, the students have been busy making crispy rice patties with sweet chilli sauce, which they thoroughly enjoyed. You can find the recipes on the Berwick Chase website.

Here’s a list of the ingredients we’ll be using in the coming weeks (all known allergies are catered for): 

  • Vita brits 
  • SR flour 
  • Sugar 
  • Margarine 
  • Carrots 
  • Cinnamon

  • Chickpea flour
